How it works

We work to house corporate tenants by building working relationships with local companies. 

 

As such it is in our interests to find the best possible tenants. Many landlords prefer tenants who are professionals. The good news with the guaranteed rent service is that we become your professional tenants for a period of 3-5 years. You will only ever deal with us as the contract is between us and you (the landlord).

The catch?

There is no catch whatsoever! As we have 20 years of rental property experience, we are very confident that the annual rental income we can provide you will be more that you could achieve alone or using a traditional service.

A fixed start date

No matter how long it takes us to find the right tenants, once the contract is signed and we have the keys to the property we will pay you the agreed rent on or before a start date.

No more voids to worry about and your rent will always be on time by standing order. 

Reassurance

We won’t put anyone into the property that does not pass credit checks and cannot provide a previous landlord reference or guarantor.

Maintenance

Regular maintenance and all bills paid on time. We cover the costs of council tax, monthly utility bills and property furnishings. A cleaner visits fortnightly providing the opportunity for regular updates on the property.
